Menu of Services

I am a facilitator, writer, strategist, herbalist, and person full of endless curiosity. It took me a bit to realize I don’t have to be on one singular path, but rather my experiences, interests, and curiosities can meld together into a delicious stew of offerings informed by one another. Oh, and I am terrible at metaphors.

Below you’ll find an overview of the topics I care about, some free offerings, and how to dive deeper together.

INTENTIONAL BUSINESS + ENTREPRENEURSHIP

I believe businesses should be used as a force for good and meaningful community impact. I’ve launched two of my own companies and supported over 500+ impact-driven entrepreneurs in doing the same. I’ve also consulted to solopreneurs, startups, and larger corporations. At the center of it all is the deep desire to support businesses that propel us towards a more just future and away from outdated, oppressive systems.

HERBALISM + UNCOMPLICATED "WELLNESS"

I’ve always been interested in health and wellness, but my interest kicked into high gear after being diagnosed with a rare and chronic, but highly manageable, form of cancer in 2017. I’m a rabbit-hole kind of gal, so my interest has sent me into lots of trainings, explorations, and self-discovery. After 2 years of self-study in herbalism, I completed a 9-month one-on-one herbalism apprenticeship in Boulder, CO with herbalist Cat Pantaleo, the People’s Medicine School by Amanda David, and am currently enrolled in Terra Sylva School!

INTENTIONALISM, Equity, and Community Care

I wasn’t always this way. In fact, I was… well… the opposite. A fast fashion enthusiast, I prided myself on the number of jeans in my closet (16 when I went to college), how cheap I could buy something for, and I loved free stuff. I worked crazy hours and patted myself on the back when my bosses time and time again told me that I worked too much. My journey out of hustle culture started with ethical fashion, which lead to me to sustainability, followed by community care and equity work. And then I realized how capitalism is at the center of all of these issues (and how oppressive it is). Now I prioritize rest, equity work, and community care.

Earth Tending

Our planet is far too damaged to “sustain” where we’re at, that’s why I favor “earth tending” over sustainability. I believe our ability to regenerate relies on building reciprocal relationships with the land and more-than-humans around us. To that end, I love chatting about, teaching, and writing about earth-tending practices, including conscious consumerism, deepening our connection to the ecosystems we are a part of, and more.
